We’re confident in the quality and performance of our products, and we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return.

If you're not satisfied after 14 days and your purchase falls within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at support@reliftr.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be in the processing or shipping stage. If your cancellation is eligible, refunds will be issued within 7 business days.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products with confidence. Try Reliftr™ for a minimum of 14 days to feel the full benefits. If you're still not satisfied, you may return the item within 60 days from your order date for a refund. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@reliftr.com. To speed up the process, include your Order Number or the name and email used to place your order.


Damaged Items

We take quality seriously and carefully package every order. A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken or defective—not if only the packaging is scuffed or dented during shipping.

If your product is damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@reliftr.com. Please include a clear photo of the item. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. We do not offer returns or refunds for damage caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim for fast delivery, Reliftr™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable shipping issues. If a problem arises, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Please note: we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
